The Visa Concierge service is available to cardholders in the following markets – China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Brunei. Over the phone, it is available in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Malay and Thai.

Cost of the assistance services provided

Cardholder will be responsible for all costs and expenses related to cardholder’s Concierge request.

Concierge specialists will seek cardholder’s authorization prior to arranging a service; in some instances, written authorization may be required.

How to access Visa Concierge service?

Cardholders can access the Visa Concierge service via phone (via toll free numbers), Concierge Online (through local visa.com websites) or download the Visa Concierge App (available in SG, AU, NZ, Korea, HK, TW and Myanmar app stores only) (search for visaconcierge).

Visa Digital Concierge

As the customers spent literally more time on mobile and web channels, Visa Concierge services can be assessed through a variety of Digital channels which includes iOS app, Andriod app and Live Chat (in-app as well as WeChat).

Cardholders can download the Visa Digital Concierge App from iOS AppStore or Google Play (search for visaconcierge) or look for this logo.

The Visa Digital Concierge app is a mobile first access point to the Visa Concierge services, available to all Visa premium (selected Platinum, Signature and all Infinite) cardholders. The app allows users to view and browse privileges and recommendations, submit requests for standard and bespoke requirements as well as chat live with the concierge, currently available in English.

Currently, the app is available in the Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Myanmar app stores but we will soon expand access across other AP markets.

All eligible cardholders have the opportunity to freely access a large range of benefits, deals, discounts and personalized privileges based on your preferences and location.  From flight reservations to restaurant recommendations, the Visa Digital Concierge offers a 24/7/365 service with direct access to the Concierge through multiple channels.

Cardholders can access these offers by making a request using the Visa Digital Concierge app, via the chat function or calling the Visa Concierge hotline. These range from priority bookings at fine dining restaurants to hotel upgrades at several luxury properties in Asia Pacific and beyond.
