Vice President - Bancassurance (Consumer Banking Department)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder and international graduate is preferable!).
  • Have at least 3 ~ 4 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Have knowledge of share market, sales/customer statistics and sales concepts with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills, relationship management skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have a solid mindset to meet timeline.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in English.
  • Myanmar Nationality Only.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Can work closely with Bank stakeholders (Bancassurance team, Branches) to ensure achievement of Bancassurance targets.
  • Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Branches or Cluster in terms of sales, training, operation and customer issues.
  • Track the input activities of team members to ensure activation on insurance and align the activities to the desired premium volumes and revenue objectives.
  • Ensure adequacy of product brochures, forms and proposal forms at Branches and check for replenishment of sales kit.
  • Ensure complaint resolution coordination with Bancassurance team and insurer partners at Branches.
  • Ensure achievement of Premium Volumes and Revenue objectives of the BIC Cluster.
  • Ensure persistency of insurance products through coordination with Bancassurance team and insurer partners to ensure timely inception and renewals of policies.
  • Provide feedback from branches and customers to Bancassurance team for continuous improvement / ideation for new product and processes.
