Duties & Responsibilities – Translate users research findings into actionable UX/UI plan – Design and validate new experiences via mock-ups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts – Participate in optimizing Bank’s overall information architecture and cross-team design explorations – Evaluate current UX/UI & propose enhancement and Produce exciting concept designs and design overhauls – Compile users’ reviews and prepare Touch Points Reviews Report – Perform users research to gather data on User Effort – Propose UI for touch points – Revise and update designs and documentation through user testing and customer feedback – Project-lead the UI development with developers/product team; – Support the training on importance & impact of good UX/UI on CX
Requirements – Have at least 3 years of solid experience designing for both web and mobile – Expert at Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, and/or other design applications – Working experience in users research, product prototyping and users’ testing – Must be able to present multiple design options as well as collect a variety of feedback from different business stakeholders – Comfortable working in teams as well as running project independently – High maturity in personal skills as well as teamwork methodologies – Fast learning and effective communication – Ready to take on new initiatives in fast paced environments – Good Command over English is mandatory
