Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or other related academic backgrounds (Certificate in ACCA is preferable!)
• Have at least 8 years of working experience in related field (experience in Banking industry is preferable!)
• Have ability to do business process improvement methodologies (Knowledge of International accounting standards is preferable!)
• Able to lead and supervise team
• Good in communication skills, technical skills, analytical skill and problem solving skills.
• Excellent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Myanmar Nationality Only!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising of Finance processing staff.
• Checking of Finance processing transactions and reports.
• Highlighting accounting improvement opportunities on specific processes and accounts and partnering with operations and accounting teams to implement
• Creating complex reports and spreadsheets which may utilize specialized software and systems
• Collaborating with business partners to ensure proper accounting of all material contracts and commitments
• Providing introductory and ongoing training and education to staff
