Officer (Marketing & Promotion – Digital Banking Department)

Summary of the Role
Officer (Marketing and promotion) of Digital Banking team is responsible to generate the innovative marketing ideas and participate actively in developing the overall marketing and branding strategies for digital banking products.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Generate creative ideas and participate in developing the overall marketing and branding strategies for digital products
– Contribute to the execution of marketing and promotion campaigns and branding activities plans
– Track and record all marketing activities and performance, marketing measures to evaluate the status of campaigns
– Create the content calendar for respective communication channel and conduct content writing for the required contents accordingly
– Conduct market research and monitor the market trends
– Work closely with internal teams to complete the projects
– Drive and support any initiatives and ad-hoc projects and assist to the superiors in managing team’s activities

Job Requirements
– Bachelor degree or relevant quantification with at least 3 years working experience in Business, Marketing and Communication area.
– Experience in content writing, digital marketing and social media marketing is more preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (Word, Power Point and Excel)
– Proven creative and communication skills.
– Demonstrated ability of attention to details, accountable, well manner and positive attitude
