Officer ~ Senior Officer (Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications)

Requirements

– Any graduated and Diploma or Certificate in graphic design and photography.
– Have working experience at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field (experience in managing photoshoots is preferable!)
– Have the capability to receive and discuss design feedback, and find ways to improve from them.
– Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Animated Gif Graphics, Photography, and Video editing skills and have a keen eye for detail and a flair for design.
– Ability to work within tight deadlines and stay up-to-date with current social media trends.
– Excellent time management skill and communication skill.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner.
– Myanmar Nationality Only.

Duties and Responsibilities

– Brainstorming, analyzing, idea outlining, and developing visuals/ artworks/ animations for Products in alignment with brand guidelines and brand personality
– In-house photography; corporate photography, event photography, portfolio photography, product photography, photography for artworks creation, and social media/ news
– Conceptualize and design all visual collaterals in support of all marketing activities according to brand equity guidelines e.g., Digital Ads, Social Media Content, EDMs, and Collaterals such as brochures, signages, posters for Cards, Mobile, Agency Banking and other products as required (Deposit, Loan, Wealth Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, etc.)
– Meeting the KPIs of marketing activities through persuasive designs
– Executing product photography and videography to support all marketing activities
– Assisting in designing, sourcing, and scouting for location and props for all shoots
1) Event Photography (Branch Opening, Promotion, CSR, Donation, Conference, Meeting, etc.)
2) Product Photography (Cards, GOLD Lounge, Relationship Managers, etc.)
3) Portfolio Photography (Corporate,Personal)
4) Photography for Visuals/ Designs, Social Media, Internal News, etc.
5) Photo retouching
– Animating Visuals for Social Media and POSM (both Creating New and Animating Existing Visuals)
– Advising internal teams on creative direction and strategies to reach a particular audience via different formats, production and timescales
– Maintaining photography equipment and accessories
– Any other duties as assigned by HOD
