Assistant Vice President (Staffing – HR Department)

Requirements

  • Any University Graduate with excellent HR general knowledge preferable MBA/ MPA / HR Diploma
  • Must have at least 4 years of working experience in Human Resources Management field as HR generalist. (Experience as HRBP in previous job is preferable!)
  • Strong understanding of all HR related functions, SOPs, best practices and guidelines;
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
  • Good Interpersonal skills, Analytical skills, Problem Solving sills and Presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with proactive nature, business mindset and highly organized.
  • Able to work well under pressure and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English and computer literate.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring qualified candidates who will fit with organizational culture for open positions to meet all departments’ needs.
  • Responsible for working closely with respective Business Units by providing all Human Resources related operations and strategic assistance to achieve departmental goals and KPIs align with designated organization’s objectives.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Assists international employees (expatriates) in related HR matters.
  • Build a solid business relationship with the internal client and external client.
  • Analyze and summarize for new employees’ recruitment of respective Business Units and submit report monthly.
