Assistant Vice President (Performance & Talent Management - HR Department)

Requirements

  • Any Graduate with related professional certificates. Diploma in Human Resources Management is an additional advantage.
  • Experience of HRBP or OD will be an added advantage.
  • At least 4 years of working experience as Assistant Manager or similar role in HR function.
  • Good Analytical skill and ability to interpret data well.
  • Good interpersonal skills: able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
  • Confident in building relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Service-oriented, flexible and open to change
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To engage and assist in developing effective programs of employee development to promote overall performance, learning & growth opportunities and succession planning.
  • To participate in the maintenance and execution of the employee development programs and performance management system.
  • To provide professional and effective administrative support within the team.
  • Assist in developing effective strategies to identify skills gaps within the workforce.
  • Participate in reviewing, updating and creating Job Description (JD) from time to time in order to ensure for future hiring objectives, cultivating current employee productivity, and ensuring long-term workforce sustainability.
  • Assist to develop the succession planning and perform implementation.
  • Assist in conducting performance appraisal process and perform analysis on the results and submit the analysis report to Section Head with suggestion for the process improvement.
  • Assist in planning regular employee performance reviews.
