Assistant Vice President (Operational & Technology Risk Management - Risk Management Department)

Duties & Responsibilities
– Assist in developing operational and technology risk policies, standards and procedures.
– Recommend risk respond plan in collaboration with respective subject-matter experts.
– Monitor the progress of the implementation of risk respond plan and prepare status report.
– Aggregate and validate Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Incident’s information.
– Review and challenge stakeholders in identifying risks in new product/services/channels.
– Familiar with operational and technology risk controls.
– Identify control weakness and provide recommendations.
– Report significant operational/technology risks to senior management on regular basis.
– Support secretary of Risk committee on committee meetings.
– Management of IT compliance projects.
– Provide consultation and awareness sessions on operational and technology risks

Requirements
– Bachelor Degree with major in Banking or Technology or equivalent qualification
– Familiar with local and international Banking laws, standards and regulations
– Banking and Technology/Information Security and Risk management working experiences will be advantageous
– Active listening and excellent communication skills
– Logical and critical thinking skills
– Experience or strong knowledge of overall Banking operations and related Technology systems
– Understanding different Banking Products, Services and Processes
– Computer and English skill (Intermediate level or above is preferred)
