Duties & Responsibilities – To acquire new account of local Chinese and Multinational Corporation (MNC) customers – To lead a team of RMs under his/her care for optimal performance – To handle customer inquiries and resolve issue timely and efficiently – To be enthusiastic and proactively promote Yuan, Deposit, Loans, Supply-Chain Management, Cash Collection, Trade Facilities, etc., to local Chinese and MNC customers – To be proactive customer communication and maintain long-term relationship with customers – Use knowledge of banking practice to link customer’s need to the bank’s appropriate service solution – To work closely with other internal department to provide overall relationship management support – To analyze and report customer’s contribution – To perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements – An University graduate from a recognized University, with a minimum of 4years working experiences – A strong command of written and spoken English language (fluent in Chinese is an advantage) – Strong understanding of banking systems and operational processes is a prerequisite – Well-developed relationship building and teamwork skills – Passionate and willing to work hands on – A team player and can work closely with RM’s groups to grow the Corporate Banking business – Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point – Ability to clearly communicate with corporate customers/other banks
