Requirements

• Any Graduate or other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA or other advanced degree is preferable!)
• Have at least 4 years of working experiences especially in cards environment or similar experience in cards product development (Experience in Banking Sector is preferable!)
• Have Digital marketing mindset and tech savvy’
• Able to work under pressure and have a solid mindset to launch new product on time
• Willingness to learn & work in the challenging environment
• Good communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good written and spoken English language
• Myanmar Nationality Only

Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist section head in order to generate the new card product with related teams and launch the product within proposed time.
• To assist section head for increase the cards usage volume, active volume and customer experiences.
• Implement the development of all Products Collaterals including T & C, Product information, and ensure that the Bank’s Branding are strictly adhered to.
• Coordinate with team and launch product on-time and quality execution for taking ownership of assigned products. Launched assigned on-time.
• Regular review on market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Initiate product ideas and on-going features tailored for each segment.
• Liaise with collection team for weekly delinquency meeting with collection team, request data from IT and analyzing the credit card data.
• Maintain well verse in consumer needs about card products and strong in market research for creating new card products.
• Conduct training to branches.
• Perform to Meet and Acquire the Card Merchants for special discounts.
• Review and report of card data analysis from time to time.
• Another duties assigned by Section Head and Department Head.
