Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and launch of card products and services.
  • Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth KPIs for card issuing products.
  • Conduct direct sales and business development activities with corporate companies and individual customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with branches to drive card sales, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
  • Organize and conduct product awareness, knowledge-sharing, and training sessions for branch staff and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
  • Monitor product performance and prepare periodic reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Operations, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and other departments on product-related matters.
  • Assist in resolving product-related operational issues and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Visa, Mastercard, and service providers on product initiatives and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and card scheme rules.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, card business, sales, business development, or related areas.
  • Strong sales, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to conduct product training and customer presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for branch visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
