Senior Officer/Officer (Treasury & Markets Department)

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 ~ 4 years of proven experience.
Previous experience in a banking or financial services institution is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Good in written and spoken English language.
Strong proficiency in MS office suite
Effective leadership and teamwork abilities.
In-depth knowledge of treasury business analysis best practices and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Maintain Correspondent Relationships with the other Banks (Local & Foreign Banks)
Establish, maintain and deepen relationships with correspondent bank FIs in the region and solicit FI-related business
Identify key banks by regions and countries to be on network correspondent bank list
To coordinate and assist in Nostro account opening and maintenance to support the bank (i.e. USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD currency, etc.)
To perform all KYC and due diligence with local and foreign FIs.
Set up a calling program on foreign banks’ branches and representative offices in Yangon to source for business opportunities
Obtain credit limits for trade and treasury products and medium-term funding from key relationship banks, development banks, and multilateral agencies
Responsible for the Financial Institutions team and external communications of the related team
Maintain a strong working relationship with credit, legal & compliance, and other key stakeholders
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework and the regulatory requirements and exceptions relevant to the role
