Main Duty and Responsibility

Support the development and growth of card issuing products by assisting in sales activities, product support to achieve assigned business targets in compliance with regulatory and card scheme requirements.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support sales and portfolio growth for Credit, Debit, Prepaid, and Corporate Card products.
  • Assist in acquiring new customers especially for Corporate companies and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain and support relationships with corporate clients, branches, and business partners.
  • Coordinate with branches to help achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and product enhancement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance) and external partners (Visa, Mastercard, service providers) as required.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and product materials.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
  • Support product training and knowledge-sharing sessions when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in banking, card products, sales support, or related financial services preferred.
  • Basic understanding of card issuing products and banking operations.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop sales and product knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel for branch or customer support activities when required.
