Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support centralized governance and monitoring of strategic projects by managing timelines, issue escalation, management reporting, and project compliance tracking.
  • Maintain master project tracker and milestone dashboard.
  • Follow up action items, risks, and dependency closures.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly steering committee reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings and MOM circulation.
  • Monitor compliance with project governance methodology.
  • Escalate critical delays to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Computer Science
  • Have minimum 5 years in PMO/project coordination.
  • Strong reporting, communication, and tracking skills.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving and time management
  • Good communication & stakeholder coordination
  • Report writing & documentation
