Conditions & Qualifications
The MAB Rewards Program is open to all MAB principal and supplementary credit cardholders and debit cardholders.
The cardholder cannot transfer rewards points to another cardholder.
MAB points will be earned by both principal and supplementary cards separately. They can redeem their earned points by their own Member Portal account.
Recurring/installment (i.e. monthly auto charge payments)/ smart pay and cash advances, annual fees, interest charges, late payment charges, finance charges, others miscellaneous fees and charges, Government, Charities, Petroleum and any other transactions that MAB may exclude from time to time without prior notice to credit cardholders will not be taken into account for the purpose of calculation of MAB points.
Credit cardholders are eligible for the rewards program only as long as their credit card accounts are valid as determined by MAB in its sole discretion are eligible to participate in the Rewards program, and if credit card or debit card is closed status or blocked cannot redeem anymore.
Notwithstanding any matters stated herein, MAB shall have the absolute discretion to determine which account shall be eligible to participate in the Program and shall be entitled to disqualify any account and/or account holder from participating in the Program without subscribing any reasons thereof.
If the Principal cardholder’s credit card amount is terminated at any time for any reason, whether by the Principal cardholder or MAB, the Principal cardholder and the Supplementary cardholder shall be disqualified from participating in the Credit Card Rewards Program and all unused MAB points then accrued shall automatically be cancelled and no longer be available for use by the Principal cardholder.
If a Supplementary card is terminated at any time for any reason, the Principal cardholder will not be disqualified from participating in the Program.
If you would like to redeem against Cash Rebate:
You can redeem your MAB rewards points for cash rebate online via MAB card rewards member portal at https://rewards.mabbank.com and choose Cash Rebate redemption option to receive a confirmation sms that your redemption request is successful.
Your cash rebate will be credited to your credit card account after (3) working days you have successfully completed your cash rebate redemption process which the credit cardholder can check from monthly statement or via ibanking (current balance or available credit limit). If customer has credit, cash rebate amount will be deducted from current balance. If customer does not have credit as of now, cash rebate amount will be added to available credit limit.
If you would like to redeem against E-Vouchers:
Cardholders can log into MAB rewards member portal at https://rewards.mabbank.com to redeem e-voucher and after e-voucher redemption option is chosen, e-voucher code sms will be sent by MAB bank to cardholder’s mobile or email.
Cardholder can go to MAB partner merchants with e-voucher code sms sent by MAB bank to their mobile or email to redeem and the redemption will be validated by MAB bank and MAB points will be deducted from cardholder after fulfilling the redemption.
