Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance governance for banking projects and product implementations by ensuring proper SIT/UAT planning, defect control, and release readiness.
  • Develop QA testing governance and testing standards.
  • Review SIT/UAT plans, test cases, and testing schedules.
  • Monitor defect aging, severity, and closure progress.
  • Coordinate with business users and IT QA teams.
  • Provide go-live quality clearance recommendations.
  • Report testing status to steering management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems.
  • Have minimum 6 years in software QA/testing management.
  • Strong understanding of banking project testing lifecycle.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking
  • Good Communication & stakeholder coordination
  • Report writing & documentation
  • Good time management
