Senior Officer (Product Development – Product & Innovation Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements from business units and stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, workflow, gap analysis, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with IT teams for system development understanding.
• Track UAT issues and ensure requirement fulfillment.
• Support process improvement and product policy documentation.
• Prepare product presentations and management updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis or banking product role.
• Strong documentation and analytical capability.
• Experience in digital banking projects is preferred.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good report writing and documentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
