Senior Officer (Product Quality Assurance- Product & Innovation Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and validate that delivered systems meet approved functional and operational expectations.
• Review BRD and prepare business test scenarios.
• Coordinate UAT execution with user departments.
• Document test evidence and defect observations.
• Validate change requests and regression impacts.
• Support sign-off readiness and issue reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Finance.
• Have minimum 3 years in BA/UAT/testing role.
• Strong understanding of business process validation.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good communication & stakeholder coordination
• Report writing & documentation
• Good time management
