Assistant Vice President (Security Team Lead)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Bank ၏ လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။
• Security Guard များ၏ Duty Assignment နှင့် Daily Operation များကို ကြီးကြပ်ရမည်။
• Company Property နှင့် Employee များ၏ လုံခြုံရေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• CCTV Monitoring, Access Control နှင့် Visitor Management များကို စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ရမည်။
• Incident Report များကို စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးပြီး Management ထံ Report တင်ပြရမည်။
• Emergency Response Plan နှင့် Safety Procedure များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• Security Awareness Training များကို ဝန်ထမ်းများအား ပို့ချပေးရမည်။
• Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို တာဝန်ကျေပွန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

Requirements

• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Security / Safety / Loss Prevention ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၄~၅) နှစ်နှင့် အထက်လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက် ၃၇ နှစ်မှ ၄၇ နှစ် အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Security Team များအား စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ပြီး Leadership Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ၊ Incident Handling နှင့် Risk Assessment များကို နားလည် သိရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Security Procedures များကို ကောင်းစွာသိရှိနားလည်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Teamwork ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေများတွင် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချနိုင်ပြီး ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• လိုအပ်ပါက Shift Duty နှင့် ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
