Duties and Responsibilities
The L&D Officer must be able to teach Basic Excel Workshop courses to improve the skills and performance of employees.
This role involves facilitating the effective and continuous implementation of teaching and learning programs across the bank, communicating and coordinating with collaborating departments.
Must be able to develop and teach courses as an Assistant in Microsoft Office (Basic) – (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assisting in planning, scheduling, and conducting training sessions.
Providing support for operational arrangements such as preparing the necessary venue for the training, preparing teaching materials, technical preparations, and informing and communicating with those who will attend the training.
Entering teaching calendars and course records accurately and in a timely manner, updating new information as necessary.
Assisting in preparing course materials, presentations, and teaching materials.
Co-organizing and facilitating new employee onboarding and group learning programs.
Providing support and technical assistance to trainees and instructors in online and in-person courses as needed.
Collecting and compiling comprehensive progress records of trainees, compiling data, and responding to training-related information.
Collect feedback on training, collect training reviews and performance indicators, and support program improvement.
Accurately entering training data and maintaining training documents.
Supporting and implementing tasks and projects assigned by the HOD as needed.
Requirements
Must have a degree.
Must have (2) to (5) years of relevant work experience.
Must have basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, teamwork, effective time management, flexibility, and good communication skills.
Those who can communicate in English will be given more preference.
