The chairman of Myanmar Apex Bank (MAB) delivered opening speech at the bank’s annual meeting and had a close talk with the staffs about creating a good working environment for them by providing them with highly developed technology. After that, the panel discussion with (3) seperated sessions was made to discuss about developing the bank’s services with educational digital technology to give better service to the customer.
The first session of the panel discussion has the title of “Digitalization in Banking Industry”, and both the experts and specialists from MAB and from outside the MAB participated in the discussion. In the discussion, the specialists discussed about the greatly increasing rate of using digital technology in banking industry, digitalizing the daily job routines, the possible difficulties that might occur due to the technical issues and the central needs to rapidly change digital services.
The title of the second part of the panel discussion is “Expanding Values Across the Customer Journey” and the executive officers from MAB and the business people from outside the organization took part in the discussion. The discussion was about the most important factors to provide the best services for the customers, creating good customer experience among the industry, providing sophisticated and satisfying services within the industry and the differences in providing customer services.
Third session has the title “Making Your Business More Profitable” and the spokespersons from MAB and the specialists who are not part of MAB participated in the discussion. During the discussion, the topics such as the importance of economy in banking industry, the good ways to make profit, the facts to remember to achieve the success, the strategic approach to make profit, the possible difficulties that might occur when making profit, the challenges and the hardship to face were discussed. The staffs are also given opportunity to ask the questions they would like to know and the spokespersons and the executive officers gave answers to the questions.
