Scenario (1)
Have all of three wallets (USD, SGD, EURO). If customer has all multi-currency which are USD, SGD and Euro in his Visa Prepaid Card, and make a transaction in USD, and transaction will only debit your USD wallet. If your USD wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your USD wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallets have balance, transaction will be declined. Therefore, cardholders have to top up sufficient amount in their respective wallets if they know the destination currency.
For examples: If you are in USA and make a transaction in USD, transaction will only debit your USD wallet. If your USD wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your USD wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallets (SGD, EUR) have balance, transaction will be declined.
If you are in Singapore and make a transaction SGD dollar, transaction will only debit your SGD wallet. If your SGD wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your SGD wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallets (USD, EUR) have balance, transaction will be declined.
If you are in Europe and make a transaction in EURO, transaction will only debit your EUR wallet. If your EUR wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your EUR wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallets (USD, SGD) have balance, transaction will be declined.
Scenario (2)
Have duel wallets.
1. Cardholder has both SGD wallet and USD wallet
2. Cardholder has both EUR wallet and USD wallet
3. Cardholder has both SGD wallet and EUR wallet
1. If the customer has both SGD and USD wallet and goes to Singapore, the transaction will debit to your SGD wallet. If your SGD wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your SGD wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallet USD has balance, transaction will be declined. If the customer goes to USA or countries using other third currencies (ie: Baht, Peso, Dong, JPY), the transaction will debit to his USD wallet. If your USD wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your USD wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallet SGD has balance, transaction will be declined.
2. If the customer has both EUR and USD wallet and goes to Europe, the transaction will debit to your EUR wallet. If your EUR wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your EUR wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallet USD has balance, transaction will be declined. If the customer goes to USA or countries using other third currencies (ie: Baht, Peso, Dong, JPY), the transaction will debit to his USD wallet.
If your USD wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your USD wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallet EUR has balance, transaction will be declined.
3. If the customer has both SGD and EUR wallet and goes to Singapore, the transaction will debit to your SGD wallet. If your SGD wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your SGD wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallet EUR has balance, transaction will be declined. If the customer has both SGD and EUR wallet and goes to Europe, the transaction will debit to your EUR wallet. If your EUR wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your EUR wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallet SGD has balance, transaction will be declined. If the customer goes to USA or countries using other third currencies (ie: Baht, Peso, Dong, JPY), the transaction will debit to his firstly opened wallet. For example: among these 2 wallets, customer firstly opened SGD wallet, the transaction will be debit to your SGD wallet. If your SGD wallet has sufficient balance, the transaction will be successful. And, if your SGD wallet does not have sufficient balance, even if your other wallet EUR has balance, transaction will be declined.
Scenario (3)
Have single wallet,
Only USD wallet (or) only SGD wallet (or) EUR wallet
The customer may use whichever his preferable one wallet only at any countries. If the wallet does not have sufficient balance, the transaction will be declined.

The transaction currency for domestic transaction is at the discretion of merchants accepting the card for payment. It can either be on MMK or USD. If the transaction currency is USD, this will be converted to equivalent to MMK using prevailing exchange rate.
The transaction currency for overseas transactions depend on transaction currency of the respective countries. The transaction currency will be converted to MMK using the prevailing exchange rate set by Mastercard International.
The billing currency shown in your statement of account is, therefore, always MMK.
Credit Limit is the available amount you can spend on your credit account. It depends on the types of cards, the maximum credit limit is 2,500,000 kyats.

The interest free period ranges from 15 to 45 days depending on day the transaction is performed. Interest free period will only be applicable to purchase transactions only provided full payment is made. For ATM Cash Withdrawal transactions, the interest runs from the date of transaction.
The prevailing interest is 16% per annum and it is calculated on a daily rest basis. However, the interest rate may be subject to change.
For now, the statement billing date falls on the 25th of each month. However, this may be changed at the Bank’s discretion and you will be notified of any such change.
If customers don’t make the full payment or minimum payment on due date, late fee and a penalty fee will be levied.
The minimum payment due is 10% of the total amount appearing in the card statement of the account by the stipulated payment due date.
